It was a memorable experience to take a kerala tour with Peacock Holidays. They are very reliable, hospitable and give value for money. The driver with us, mr Harris, was very polite and could communicate with us easily. We booked for a 3 day journey to Kerala, 2 nights at munnar and 1 night at Alleppey boat House through Peacock Holidays.
We had a wonderful stay at munnar in a 3 star resort named Tree Blanche, this resort was 5 kms away from munnar City and the resort was spread on 30 acres of land surrounded by cardamom plantations. The stay was comfortable and cozy with all the basics needs met, the resort authorities we’re courteous. post our two night stay, we left for Alleppey boat House Where we were greeted by Peackock Holidays Mr. M. Nishad Head of Operations and the manager Mrs. Praseedha. We had a great time on the Boat House, we enjoyed the traditional Kerala meals onboard, and partied late night on new year Eve 2019 overall experience was awesome.
Thanks to Peacock Holidays for making our new year a memorable one.

Brilliant Coordination, Prompt, Very accommodative. In the very last minute I noticed that I was scheduled to reach at 3 am in the morning and I did not have a room booked for such an early checkin. I had a 6 month old baby and was panicked. Praseeda was very kind to arrange a last minute room for me. She more over called me at 3:00 am to check if I have reached safely to the hotel and if there was any problem in checking in.
She also followed up at every step of the trip and made sure everything is smooth.

The trip went exactly as planned. No confusion anywhere. The taxi Driver Joby was extra courteous and helpful. The resort service and food was excellent. They prepared special fish dishes as per our request and served it. The house boat was very enjoyable. Boat operator and others knew what was hospitality and were very good hosts. Explained all the scenic spots. Even though a hartal was declared in the district in the last minute the taxi driver took care to take us out safely. During this time also he took us to the temples which had been planned. A Pleasant tour indeed!
